By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription or invoice credits from us, you agree to us handling your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Personal data that we collect
Personal Data includes any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
Information you may provide us through the website includes:
- Contact data, such as your name, email address, phone number, and business address.
- Business profile data, such as NTN, STRN, seller business name, and FBR / PRAL integration settings.
- Profile data, such as the username and password that you set to establish an online account with us.
- Communications that we exchange with you, including when you contact us with questions or feedback through the website, email, or WhatsApp.
- Transactional data needed to complete orders placed through our website, including order numbers, subscription and credit-pack history, and payment status. Card and wallet details are collected on Safepay’s hosted checkout and are not stored on our servers.

- Provide the invoicing workspace, subscriptions, and invoice credits that you order.

We share Personal Data with business partners when this is necessary to provide the Service. Examples:
- Safepay, for hosted checkout and settlement of SaaS fees in PKR.
- Resend, for transactional email such as verification and password reset.
- FBR / PRAL, for invoice payloads that you choose to submit through the workspace. We do not submit invoices without your action.
5. How we protect your Personal Data
We make reasonable efforts to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk associated with the processing of Personal Data. We implement access control measures, security protocols, policies, and standards so that our infrastructure complies with reasonable industry standards. We maintain organisational, technical, and administrative measures designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorised access, destruction, loss, alteration, or misuse.
We have procedures to deal with any suspected Personal Data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
6. How long do we store your information?
