3. Customer complaint handling mechanism
If you are not satisfied with any part of the Service, you may file a complaint and we will handle it under the process below.
- How to file: email support@asifent.com or WhatsApp +92 330 3696062 with your account email, a description of the issue, and any relevant order or invoice reference.
- Acknowledgement: we acknowledge every complaint within 1–2 business days of receiving it and confirm the reference for follow-up.
- Investigation and resolution: we investigate and aim to resolve the complaint within 7 business days. If we need more information from you, the resolution clock continues once you provide it.
- Escalation: if a complaint is not resolved within 7 business days, it is escalated to a platform administrator or business owner for a final decision, and we keep you informed of progress.
